This form is super simple and takes about 5 minutes to complete. It gives more information about pricing and maintenance and also allows you to upload pics of your current hair and your dream hair so that we can have a better understanding of your hair needs. Once submitted, someone will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a phone or in salon consultation!
