I’m Lindsay, founder of The Burgundy and a stylist of 18 years.
After finishing college, I followed my passion for self care and began a career that’s been both creatively fulfilling and deeply meaningful. In 2019, I opened The Burgundy- an extension focused salon built on artistry, professionalism, and integrity.

I’ve specialized in hair extensions for all of my 18 years in the industry, and was one of the first few stylists to bring beaded row methods to Indiana in 2017. What began as curiosity quickly grew into a fulfilling career - and ultimately, a thriving salon where both stylists and guests feel supported and seen.

Outside the salon, I spend time with my husband (aka “Burgundy Bill”) and our two wonderful kids. They’ve grown up alongside this business and remind me every day of the value of passion, hard work, and family.

MASTER STYLIST + SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD

Hi, I’m Lindsey!

I’ve been behind the chair for 13 years now, and for the past 3+ years I’ve fully specialized in extensions and I absolutely love that it’s what I get to do every day. I was honored to be part of Covet & Mane’s very first class when they launched their Concealed Extension Method. That experience and being at The Burgundy have really fueled my passion for this craft.

Extensions are truly life changing. There’s nothing better than seeing a client leave the salon feeling like the very best version of themselves. Beyond working behind the chair, I also love helping educate other stylists on all things extensions, giving them the confidence to transform their own careers and client experiences.

I’m married to my middle school sweetheart, and we have a 4 year old son and two dogs. We love traveling, being outdoors, and especially making memories at Disney with Mickey Mouse!

I’m so grateful to be part of The Burgundy and can’t wait to give you the hair of your dreams.

SENIOR STYLIST

Hi, I’m Madison!

I’ve been a stylist for 5 years and have loved every minute! When I was a little girl, I always told my parents I wanted to be a hairstylist when I grew up! Now I’m getting to live that dream every single day which is truly so amazing and rewarding. I love connecting with my guests! Providing a relaxing experience while helping to build confidence through beautiful hair is one of the reasons I love this industry so much.

I grew up in Noblesville, and recently moved to Carmel with one of my best friends! In my free time I love to play with my cats, go line dancing, go to the gym, and spend time in the kitchen cooking or baking. I’m also very passionate about all things music and have grown up surrounded by the performing arts!

I’m so excited to be here at The Burgundy and can’t wait to see you in my chair!!

APPRENTICE + JUNIOR STYLIST

Hi, I’m Courtney!

I’m a passionate stylist with 5 years of experience perfecting my skills in color.

Lived-in color is where I truly shine. I specialize in creating effortlessly blended, low-maintenance color that grows out beautifully. Whether it’s soft dimensional brunettes, sun-kissed blondes, or bold, transformative color, I love taking the time to craft a look that feels like you! While I’ve also dipped my toes into the world of extensions, I’m currently leveling up my skills to become an extension specialist here at The Burgundy and I couldn’t be more excited about the journey!

There’s truly nothing better than seeing someone light up when they feel that next level of confidence. That spark is what keeps me inspired every single day. My love for this industry started when I was just 12 years old, getting my hair and makeup done at my aunt’s wedding. The way it made me feel was unforgettable, and from that moment on, I knew this was what I was meant to do.

Fun fact: Indiana is actually the sixth state I’ve called home! I’m a bit of a nomad at heart, and I love connecting with new people, sharing stories, and finding common ground. If you’re into travel, foodie adventures, or just love a good chat, we’ll get along great.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my boyfriend, trying new restaurants, getting creative (I love to paint and do anything crafty), or planning my next adventure!

JUNIOR STYLIST + CROWN SOLUTION SPECIALIST

Hi, I'm Melissa!

I'm thrilled to have joined the team at The Burgundy! Having the opportunity to enhance my career with extensions is so exciting and I’m so ready to help you feel your absolute best!

I received my cosmetology license in 2004 and spent 15 years as a top stylist specializing in hair loss solutions for my guests. I am so passionate about this industry and the ability we have to help women regain their confidence through specialized services and unique solutions. In addition to these niche services, I enjoy providing beautiful, lived in, dimensional color services!

More about me; I live in Fishers with my husband and 2 wonderful sons. We also have a Cairn Terrier named Auggie. When I’m not at the salon, I’m spending time with my family! We love to travel, attend sporting events, explore new parks, and have family game nights. For date nights, my husband and I love going out to our favorite local restaurants or trying something new! Recs are always welcome!

MESH INTEGRATION APPRENTICE

I’ve been offering hair services since 2009, with most of my experience specializing in hair loss solutions. Helping clients regain confidence and feel like the best version of themselves is the most rewarding part of what I do. I am truly passionate about creating customized solutions that not only look natural, but also help my clients feel comfortable and empowered!

I’m so excited to be working at The Burgundy! And assisting with mesh integration! Being part of a team that values education, artistry, and client-centered care is incredibly inspiring, and I look forward to continuing to grow while providing exceptional results for each guest.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my favorite people. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, we have two teenagers, and a mini poodle named Bucky who keeps us on our toes. I also enjoy being outdoors and soaking up fresh air whenever I can.

Hi, I’m Emma!

I grew up in Noblesville and first joined The Burgundy team as a high school intern. That experience sparked my love for the hair industry and opened the door for me to keep learning and growing. Now, as an assistant, I’m proud to be part of such a talented team while building my skills and preparing for my future career behind the chair.

One of my favorite parts of working in the salon is being surrounded by a fun and supportive environment. I love connecting with people and being part of a team that’s dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.

Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, spending time with my family, and making memories with my boyfriend and friends.

Hi, I’m LeeAnn!

I’ve been doing hair and working at The Burgundy for just over two years, and in that time, I’ve grown so much in both extensions and color. I truly love the detailed, hands-on process of doing hair—and there’s nowhere I’d rather be than right here at The Burgundy. Helping my clients feel confident and beautiful is what drives me, because to me, it’s never just hair.

When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me with friends and family. My nephew and younger cousins are some of my favorite people in the world. I also love exploring new coffee shops, reading, watching reality TV, line dancing, and a good shopping day! At home, I share my cozy Westfield apartment with my two sweet cats, Tsunami and Ivy.

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an inspiring, supportive team—and I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair!

ASSISTANT + NEW TALENT STYLIST

Hi, I’m Vanessa!

I’m incredibly excited and grateful to be a part of this amazing team full of talented hairstylist! I’ve always been passionate about the beauty industry and helping people to feel secure about themselves.

My favorite part about being an assistant is helping clients to feel beautiful and empowered.

I grew up in Mexico and moved to the U.S. when I was 13. It was incredibly challenging, especially not knowing English and being far from the country I called home for years. But being surrounded by so many people, I knew I could help others who are struggling here.

In my free time, I love spending time with my friends, family, and my wonderful boyfriend. I love capturing memories through photos, and I also enjoy cooking and spending time in the kitchen.

I’m so excited to see your beautiful faces at the salon and exceed your expectations.

Hola, mi nombre es Vanessa!

Estoy muy emocionada y agradecida de formar parte de este grandioso equipo lleno de talentosas estilistas que me han abierto las puertas y me ha enseñado tantas cosas para ser exitosa en la industria! Desde pequeña siempre tenido una admiración por la industria de la belleza.

Mi parte favorita de mi trabajo es hacer sentir a todas mis clientas seguras y confidentes de si mismas sin importar los obstáculos.

Crecí en Mexico una gran parte de mi vida y regrese a EUA a los 13 sin saber ingles y sin saber lo que me esperaba.

Mi meta es ayudar a esas mujeres que tienen dificultades en encontrar un salon donde se sientan escuchadas con un trato igualitario y una experiencia de ultima gama que tienes que vivir, la calidad de trabajo y la pasión con la que lo hacemos es algo que nos caracteriza como equipo en The Burgundy.

En mis tiempos libres me verán pasando tiempo de calidad con mis amigos, familia y con mi grandioso novio. Me encanta cocinar y pasar tiempo en la cocina.

Me llena de emoción de atender a cada una de ustedes, hacerlas sentir cómodas y cumplir con sus expectativas en The Burgundy.
